ATM is located inside the venue.
Food and beverage is available for purchase inside the venue.
Re-entry is permitted along with ticket stub.
Parking
Parking is located north of the venue.
Handicap parking is available west of the venue near the
main entrance.
Parking is free.
Accessibility
Handicap accessible seating is available for guests with
disabilities and their companions; including guests with wheelchairs, hearing
and visually impaired, and guests with mobility impairments. Arrangements can
be made by calling 712-329-6499.
Upon request, a Sign Interpreter will be provided. Please contact the venue at
712-329-6499 at least three (3) weeks prior to the show.
Handicap accessible parking is available for all events west of the venue.
Please display the proper place card on your rearview mirror or license plate.
Service animals are welcome and request they remain on a
leash or harness at all times. If you are bringing a service animal, please
notify the venue at 712-329-6499 so seating can be arranged for you.

Our guests' safety and enjoyment are our primary
goals. You may be subject to search at certain events. Should you
arrive with a restricted item in your possession, you will be asked to return
it to your vehicle.
Harrah's Stir Concert Cove reserves the right to refuse
admission to anyone.
Cancellation Policy
All Stir Cove shows are rain or shine. The decision to
cancel the show due to lightning will be based on a mutual agreement between
Harrah's Management and the Artist Management.
Refund Policy
- If the artist plays for 30 minutes, no refunds will be
given if the concert is stopped due to weather.
- All refunds will be given the next business day.Service fees are non-refundable.
- All phone and online purchases will be automatically
refunded to the credit card used to make the purchase.
- Guests who purchased their tickets at the Gift Shop with a
credit card will also automatically be refunded.
- Guests who purchased tickets with cash at the Gift
Shop
must bring their tickets along with their receipt for a refund.
- Guests who received complimentary tickets will NOT receive
a refund.
